French Press
- Heat water to 98° C
- 15:1 ratio. eg 20 grams for 300 grams water. Grind medium.
- Add the coffee and water to the french press. Wait 4 minutes.
- Stir the coffee with a spoon. The crust at the top should fall to the bottom.
- Continue waiting another 5 minutes as the coffee settles to the bottom
- Don’t press down. Pour the coffee through the filter. This should result in a cleaner cup without the sludge at the end.
